Ranging from long-term dedicated staffing model to short-to-medium term hourly requirements. Clients can also opt for a configurable project team model that evolves alongside their requirements.

Dedicated Team (FTE) model

How it works:

A dedicated offshore team that operates as an extension to the client’s onshore capability.  We encourage deep cultural integration and involvement by the client to truly integrate this team as their own.

 

Suitable for:

Long term client requirements with steady workflow. Works really well for requirements where success depends on close integration with the client’s team and development of institutional knowledge.

  • Deep relationships with the onshore team and better organizational context
  • Heightened collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Cost-optimized follow-the-sun delivery model.

Configurable Project Team model

How it works:

Clients come with project requirements and engage with us to convert it into a project staffing plan. We hire the project team (mono or multi-skill) including a project manager (if required). Once staffed, the project team works as part of the Clients’ larger project teams.

 

Suitable for:

Suitable for medium-to-long-term projects. These projects could vary from simple to highly complex and may require phased reconfiguration of talent mix of the project team.

 

Salient points:

  • Project team composition can be planned by phases.
  • Can be configured as per specific project requirements.
  • Ability to bring in specialists for both technical and functional requirements.

Hourly model

How it works:

Clients purchase a block of hours for a specific skill for a defined period of time. We staff the right talent and get things started. Clients can start with purchasing a minimum of 80 hours block and then top-up on an increment of 20 hours thereafter.

 

Suitable for:

Best suited for variable workflow situations or peak/surge management. Works well for defined outcome projects that require specific capability or capacity to be added to an existing on-shore team. Time frame: short to medium term requirements or Expert Consultation gigs.

  • Ability to scale up or down, as per business cycles and project requirements.
  • Hassle-free GIG worker management
  • Low price-point commitment

Subscription model (coming soon)

How it works:

You select the product or service subscription from the Products and Subscription page (coming soon) and select your preferred subscription model. Be it one-time flat-rate pricing or pay as you model or other hybrid models. That’s it. You start enjoying the service.

Products or productized subscription-based services.
